OVERVIEW: The "Sponsor a Book! Program" was born in March 2003, to respond to the overwhelming need for educational material in underprivileged neighborhoods, orphanages and Indigenous communities in Mexico.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
- 2003: 5,000 books for children sponsored and distributed free of charge in Nuevo Leon and Chiapas- 2004: over 10,000 books for children sponsored and distributed free of charge in Nuevo Leon and Chiapas - Goal for 2005: 20,000 books for children to be distributed in various states of Mexico |
